WHY FLUORESCENCE?

Acridine orange

Stock solution is 1mg/ml with 0.02% sodium azide in distilled water

Store this in dark at 4°C

Working solution is 0.1ml in 9.9ml PBS (pH? Slightly Alkaline?)

This is 10µg/ml and usually mixed 1:1 with blood

Is it possible to dispense into tubes, say 200µl, and freeze dry?
